Paul Retter is the role model for customer service. He is very clear about what's being done and when it will be done. I am never left wondering what's going on with my car. The repair of my 2006 expedition was not fix right the fender well was not put back right Tim Larson at first saying nothing wrong then saying okay it need to be corrected the my car not running right like something making it miss I didn't have this problem befor
