I wish I had been a little better updated. Updates were texted but usually sent at the end of the business day. However, the job was great and all updates were correct.

Finding a large metal fan, covered in dirt in the backseat of my vehicle after "repair" was unacceptable. Zero respect for property was conveyed. It also made it completely clear that the work performed wasn't checked before announcing it complete.

My experience was a very easy and satisfying process. I went and had my vehicle inspected for damage. Everything was identified and I was given a date my vehicle would be finished. I was contacted when the work was completed and I picked up my vehicle. No problems, no hassles, and the finished product was great. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs repairs done to their vehicle.

Matt was excellent from the first moment. He set expectations well, caress about our outcome, communicated well throughout each phase of the repair and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. In addition to the insurance repair, we opted to have the remainder of the car waxed and detailed to ensure a closer match to the brand new bumper sheen. The wax job was phenomenal and we picked up our car looking better than before the collision. I could tell he really cared and wanted it to look good and the team clearly cared above t the work. I would recommend to anyone and am grateful for the quality and care.
