Excellent customer service started at the front desk, with Lauren and Hannah handling numerous customer intakes and questions. My Estimator, Matt Pirhalla, was thorough and efficient with his recommendations, considering I was facing an out of state road trip to handle family affairs. He followed up with a personal call when my car was ready.
It was great having Enterprise in the same location. They were all very helpful. I would definitely return, if necessary.

Multiple scratches on hood and windshield I assume from post bumper repair. Taken back to manager who agreed to buff hood out I'm not convinced that resolve this as they appear pretty deep. While I am thankful for the agreement to try and fix them the inconvenience of having to bring this truck back in is annoying. Truck was in shop for 7 days for simple bumper work

When I went to put gas in my Camry the masking over the fuel cap wasn't removed and there were a couple small pieces of masking tape on the front fender. There was also a strong lacquer smell when I got into the car and still somewhat present today.

Though I was very satisfied with the repair but I was way more pleased on how down to earth the ladies up front especially the young lady with the dark **** hair(I wish I remembered her name!)Matt, some of the mechanics, and the rest of the staff were.
