Matt, the estimator went above and beyond, to make sure everything went smoothly and to keep me informed. My repair was excellent. I worked for a Chevrolet dealer in Michigan for many years and I felt at home at Hendrick, thanks to Matt.

Only did half of the repairs. Made appointment for all work (2 separate estimates) and a week later they said car was done. My husband picked it up and only one part was done. Had specifically siscussed the repairs and timeline based on doing both and was under impression that parts were ordered for both repairs. But my back bumper wasn't fixed. Not happy.

Every aspect of our interaction with Hendrick collision was very good. Your staff was friendly and concerned and respectful and inspired confidence. The work was very well done. It also was nice to have the updates coming over the phone. Especially after the experience of the collision service which was initially recommended ( they were very rude), it was refreshing and give us confidence to meet the people at Hendrick collision. That was important after the trauma of the accident, and the disappointment of the dream of a new car having been shattered so soon after the purchase of the car.Their concern was genuine, and their workmanship was excellent, and the dedication of the staff to enthusiastically giving good service was obvious and exemplary.

Having my 2016 Kia repaired following my accident at Rick Hendrick Collision center was an amazing experience. This is a professional operation and employs a very qualified service team! Scott Johnston, is assistant manager, made sure that I get updates daily, his honesty and care, is what Great Service is all about. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I wish I knew all the names who helped put my Kia back together, so I could personally thank them. This was outstanding service, I would recommend Hendrick Collision Center to my friend and family if they ever need it. And to Scott Johnston: Thank you so much Scott, you and your team are the best. It couldn't have been a better experience! Ten stars to all of you.
