Your service was great. Absolutely no complaint. Although you may not have much impact, my rental car was a bit stale smelling and the windows were filthy. Again not your fault but I could not wait to get my car back as the rental car experience was poor. I did pass feedback along upon returning rental. Really great service from Hendrick

Perfect--is all I can say about repair. Had I not seen the dent I would not know there was a problem. Several years ago you repaired another more severely damaged area and the repair could not be identified from other areas off the car; a perfect job as well Thank you Hendrix, I would chose yiou again.

My car is not fixed and it is not back to the way it was prior to my accident. It's important that I be able to drive up and down a driveway (any driveway) without my car scraping and sounding like the bottom is being ripped apart. It is unsatisfactory for a collision repair shop to leave my car like this. This issue with the bumper was not fixed.
