It took 2 months for my car to be repaired. Dale Jr. was unable to fix my car and it had to be sent to the dealership to finish the repairs. When I went to pick it up, I found a part that was not fixed even though the shop checked the car when it returned from the dealership.

I was hesitant at first about the one stop auto repair xpress. However, I was very pleased with the outcome and the level of professional services provided. I was updated every step of the process! Now my only concern is that Enterprise was not there to receive the rental car. The Rep was very courteous when I received it last week. I know quite a few people who have had problems with them after the fact. Anything can happen to a car overnight! I took pictures since I was told they would pick it up tomorrow!????
