On drop off: rental was not available so I had to wait an additional 20+ minutes for a rental to be brought over. On pickup: Was not told that I had to bring original paperwork - had to wait for resolution with Nationwide. Scratch on lift gate near work area that wasn't there on drop off. Driver side footwell filthy & dirty scuff marks from work boots on door jamb. Interior access panels in rear left open. Color of new bumper is almost the same as the rest of the car

Attention to detail was great. Mudflap was kept in tact with all hardware neatly set aside courteously. The interior floor mats were really dirty—one of those paper inserts would have been great.

My first time to need body repairs services so wasn't sure what to expect. I have a 2004 Mercedes and was wary that the paint match, etc. would look good; it looks great! I appreciated the email updates and confirmations and the professionalism. My car was finished on time, it was clean and I am extremely pleased. Hendrick's is the best.
