It's 3 weeks past the expected completion date. I was told the car was all done, so went to pick it up and it wasn't functioning properly. You still have my car and now you have my payment too. I'm still driving a crappy rental car. So right now I am not at all happy with your company.

I was told my car was being washed waxed etc. I waited several hrs for this to be done. When I picked up my vehicle the only part washed was the rear bumper that was repaired. The front bumper had white writing (R/C) on it and something else on the other side. I think the fact that it was near closing May have impacted the neglect. Nonetheless my car was immaculate when I dropped it off I would have liked to pick it up in the same condition.

It took way too long to finish my car. They should not send an email saying that it would be done on a certain day if they are not sure. For me, they said that it will be done on Friday and on Friday they delayed it to next Monday. I would’ve been fine with just one delay but it was not the only time they delayed it. They have delayed the time frame twice for me.

Service King had my car from 11/7/2017 to 01/16/2018. I was given several dates the car would be completed.The week before completion I was notified by Enterprise Rental that my vehicle had been returned to me by Service King on 12/14/17 and that my rental was no longer being paid for by insurance and that I owed the bill or rental was to be reported stolen. Insurance company had to contact Service King to clear up mistake. Now that we have vehicle back we have noticed swirl marks and dull spots in paint on repaired side. I brought this to the attention of the rep from Service King, but am not able to take car in because we need our car and rental is no longer available.
