Lack of communication from the local site. I had to initiate communication with the local manager as the account Rep was pretty silent.Your text messaging system really **** and is not accurate in terms of texting the right person. I was receiving text msgs for another client. Text updates very inaccurate. Try a live person instead

There have been many delays. When we were told the repairs were completed, we arrived to pick up the van. A loud screeching noise happened when the front passenger door was opened. We paid, but did not takr possession of the van. This needs to be fixed ASAP! We need our vehicle, and it needs to be fixed properly.

Although it took longer than expected to get my car backyard staff worked really hard to complete the work ASAP. I appreciate Homan & GM Mike communicating with me on the status of my vehicle. This location does excellent work and the staff works well with the customers. I want to thank the team that worked on my car.

It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. There were sticky substances on the door seal and mirror. Inside of the vehicle was very dusty. There’s a missing plug on my door seal that I will have to return to get addressed.
