This shop was AWESOME !! Very attentive when I first arrived --made sure everything with the insurance claim was in order! Repair was done in a timely manner and was done very professionally. They kept in touch with text alerts throughout. I was very surprised when I got my car back that they had vacuumed and cleaned out my car for me --what a blessing since I work such long hours and never get a chance to do that !! Thank You Sooooo Much !!! I'm a customer from now on !!! Great job guys and gals !!!!!

Tim was fantastic. He helped me with covering my rental car and made sure that I'll have it for the time that I need without having to pay extra for it. My representative at west side collision was very helpful throughout the entire repair process. He called me regularly to give me updates on the status of my car. I was out of town right before my car was fixed and he said he would handle everything if anything came up and to enjoy my vacation! I felt at peace knowing he would handle/deal with my car while I was away. Really appreciate his responsiveness throughout the entire process. When I turned in my rental, I had a minor scratch that enterprise was going to make me pay for. My representative came out and got the smudge off so I didn't have to file a claim!! Saved me houndreds of dollars by doing thing! I am forever thankful for him and his willingness to help me!!
