We received a phone call from a lady and she was saying our vehicle is ready to pick up. Even though we called back and double checked with her, the vehicle wasn't ready to pick up. Our rep, Gabriel, took action right away and we are satisfied after all.

The bumper and the lights were not flush. All I wasn't told about the initial paperwork so the work could not start for several days. Which cause the rental car to cost more.

I've dealt with body shops before but never as good as Westside Collision. The repair work was great! It looks like new again! Everyone was courteous and treated me like a VIP. Sasha did a great job keeping me updated and explaining everything that happened when I picked it up. I will definitely call Westside again whenever my car needs repair.
