Jesse was so nice and I appreciated him giving my child and myself some snacks as we waited. He gave excellent service! Oh and the rental car person was also very friendly and gave great service!

Happy with my car, however the staff needs to learn to treat everyone equally. When I came to pick up my car, I was never greeted, acknowledged, or asked if I needed help. Someone even came in after me and was helped before me. I had to eventually ask someone to get my car. Will never come here again or even recommend in the future. I am in customer service myself, and I am very appalled by the lack of customer service that I was given.

While I'm impressed with their efficiency, not impress with the details of the job. Was told my vehicle was "detailed" after it was reassembled. Not the case, car was dusty inside, overspray on the windshield, a piece of plastic is loose inside the front grille, two light scratches near the sunroof which were not there prior to incident, the two right tires were grossly inflated to 42 psi. I have yet to see the car in 'natural'light, but it appears there are blemishes in the new paint.
