Exceptional customer service. Always kept us informed as to what was going on. The initial and final wait time was less that 20 minutes. They say you can't fix stupid, but Westside Collision not only fixed what Stupid did to our 2011 Honda Pilot EX, they did so courteously, professionally, quickly, and with top quality that unbelievably seems to match--and possibly exceed--the rare, top-quality repair and paint job I ever previously saw. I've had a bad experience elsewhere previously . . . but I wouldn't worry or waste time shopping around . . . for my next vehicle repair and paint job, I cannot imagine going anywhere other than Westside Collision.
