Communication and explanations of the insurance process and the work being done on my vehicle were so clear, professional and friendly. From the front Desk with my initial call to Sharon to speaking with Jesse who took care of everything. The updates via text were extremely beneficial. My vehicle was repaired to perfection. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work but even more importantly the work staff at Westside and the attached Enterprise Rental.
