Everything was just great except for one little issue which I should have noticed when I inspected the car- the Ford, Titanium and Ecoboist emblems were left off - I will bring it back so they can be installed but I was assured that would takecluttle time.

The experience we had at Westside Collision was top notch. From start to finish we were impressed with all that you do. I pulled in to a dedicated parking spot for my insurance company, was met by Jesse and the staff, given clear expectations, offered the rental car right there on site, and then kept in the loop throughout the entire process. My car looks great and you all even buffed out some scratches at no extra cost. We have recommended you to family and between the years,you have taken care of us 3 different times. Customer service was very friendly and professional. Service staff and Gieco Representative were very professional with exact details as to what was to be repaired and when it would be ready. On arrival to pick up my car , Steven went over all the repairs and explained the excellent warrant. I have never had such a great experience in my life! The service was perfect, I was always kept updated on the progress and it went very smooth. They went above and beyond making a few minor repairs in addition to the work and my car was spotless inside and out. Amazing service will definitely go back if I need future service
