The car looks wonderful. And previous to me picking up my car, the service was wonderful. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the fact that my car sat there overnight and throughout the day with my headlights left on. When I arrived it gave me trouble starting and then this morning it's also not starting immediately. I just replaced my battery and am really hoping it is not already low or needing replacement.

Advanced Collision was great to deal with fixing my 2005 Scion Tc. They were very fast and friendly. They even went out of their way to find out why the insurance check I got wasn't matching the estimate. They got it fixed for me and it was all smooth sailing from there. The repair took much longer than expected which is somewhat understandable considering the known difficulty with finding parts for my specific vehicle. I would have expected to be notified of all parts unavailable in one call rather than to be notified multiple days and each day wasting an entire day of work. Overall, my biggest complaint is with the company that is used for detailing. The cleanup seemed rushed and incomplete. I could still see paint overspray on my truck which was the reason it needed detailing in the first place. The interior looked like it was vacuumed and then briefly wiped down with armor-all. The carpets were still dirty and the console looked like it hadn't been touched. It apparently took 2 days to clean my truck with a 4 man crew and I could have matched the quality myself in only 2 hours. Also, when I attempted to test my fog lights which I'm assuming would have been done in the shop, I found that my headlight knob was broken. I can't say absolutely that it wasn't broken when I brought it in but I can say that the last time I used it that it wasn't broken. After being quoted for a 3 day repair and actually taking 2.5 weeks, I decided to take my truck as is rather than wait any longer for it to be done to my expectations. Overall, I'm happy with the work done but as the question asked; not completely satisfied.
