Pleased with quality of work, and with Justin's customer service. Will use you guys again, if needed. Easy to recommend. A very minor annoyance, and constructive criticism: the interior vinyl/plastic dressing used to clean dash causes a cloudy film to appear on inner windshield. Maybe different brand would fix that.

Scheduling was quick and easy. I had to reschedule my appointment due to miscommunication from a gentleman with the name of Justin. The repair was quick and in a timely manner. However after my husband picked up the vehicle and made home he realized that the rear taillights were not connected and had to reconnect them himself. Other then the rescheduling and the taillights not being connected my experience was great.

Paint had a run in it, after I pointed it out it was fixed, However I had to make two trips with wife, a good quality control would have saved in time and money.

I am not satisfied. As soon as I picked up my car the oil light came on. Also everyday I was told my car would be ready the next day and this went on for one week. Excuses are bad customer service. Professionalism is being present for the customer and not being a robot ( text messages ). Debrah H

My car looks great after the repairs! I can't tell that it had ever been wrecked! The car was cleaned inside and out. The people at Advance Collision were very nice and pleasant to work with, and the work was performed quickly. Thank you!
