Repair looks great based on initial inspection. Will look closer when not raining. Only complaint is it took two days longer than estimated and I needed to rent a car as a result. I liked the email updates and appreciated the phone call heads up on the repairs being delayed.

From what I can see, I am well pleased with the work. Minor dirt on headliner by rear lift gate and smuggled passenger rear glass and grease pencil marks present. Will take pictures and send them in. Will stop in Monday after school.

The price they gave me when I picked up the car was almost 200 dollars more than the price they quoted me before.. Plus when I tried to use my debit card to pay, their system was unable to charge my card even though I had the funds. The manager did not seem to even empathize with my issue, which frustrated me even more. So I will never use your services again, now will i recommend you to anyone, ever.

I had a pair of glasses in my trunk when I put it in for repair and now they are missing I'm disappointed that I have to take everything out of my car before I put it in to repair to prevent that's unfortunate
