Eric Munoz was great. He kept me informed of the status of my car's repairs. The repairs took longer than anticipated at no fault of his; the dealer sent the wrong parts. Ultimately, I was very happy with the service I received from Eric. He is top notch!

I appreciated the thoroughness of Eric's assessment of the damage. I thought all the damage would be visible, but Eric explained he needs to check the wiring behind the sensor to ensure no wires were pinched during the impact. The car looks as good as new, and I appreciate getting the car back a day in advance of the original estimate.
