Dear Madame or Sir, your are the first repair center where I did pick up my car and have found no issues with the repair you did perform. Everything looks perfect. I remember when I went to caliber collision because someone hit my car in a parking lot, I had to go back several times because they put in the wrong door, it was not closing 100% and the even did forget to taint the window. It was a nightmare. Whenever there is a future repair (honestly I hope not) I will choose your service. Thanks a lot for doing a quick and perfect job. Sincerely Detlef V

When I was looking for a shop, Brian took the time to meet me and explain the repair process. Gave his candid thoughts on the extent of repair and was confident Pacific Elite could do the repair. Before I made my final decision, Ken took the time to show me around the shop and took me to numerous cars being repaired. The finished ones looked great. About a day after the assignment was made, a rep from Pacific Elite called to make arrangements for drop off. Eric did a great job keeping me informed of the repair. I requested to see the car after disassembly which he invited me over promptly with no hesitation. He also explained the damage and confirmed what Brian first stated about the repair. When requested, Eric also sent me pictures of the damage promptly and without hesitation. He explained the repair process, parts to be used, and afterward, went over the actual bill. Eric did a great job as a customer rep. Car was delivered on time as promised. Paint, fit, and finish was excellent. Kudos to the paint and repair specialists. Overall, the team did a great job. I would recommend Pacific Elite in Mission Viejo and the team I met.

We were very pleased with Eric in is handling of our car's repairs. Since our car was only 2 months old, you can imagine how disappointing it was that we got back ended while stopped at a signal. He gave us a date certain that the car would be repaired like new and followed through with that. I'm so glad to have my car back and do so appreciate his making it happen!!!
