I do have the plug in the grill to hook up the tow strap missing? It was missing after the acident and thought it would be replaced with the new grill?

The car was finished in a timely manner and I was kept up to date on what stage of completion the car was at.

Car needs to be washed or at least wipe down. It was cover of dust when I picked up the car. I had to take it into a car wash.

First the vehicle looks like the original and it was delivered to me in a timely matter and clean. I was instructed on how to care for the new paint as well as if I encounter new problems in the future. The team was fantastic very understanding acomodaring and profesional. Amber was amazing at keeping me updated thought the process and also very professional and understanding. Great job Abra team!

Great service and communication. Really appreciated the help getting to work when I had to drop my car off and then bringing my car back to me at work. Natalie did an excellent job with customer service. She made sure the job was done right. In fact everyone I dealt with was professional, very pleasant and gave great service. Thanks to everyone for making an unpleasant event (car accident) as pleasant as possible.

I was scheduled to bring my commercial fleet vehicle in Friday morning to get my repairs done. Ambree let me know the morning before that my part would not be arriving until later in the day, which worked out excellent for me. I was able to use my fleet vehicle that morning to get work completed that I needed to finish. Ambree let me know when the part arrived and also let me come in on my own time. When I got to the shop Ambree let me inspect the recycled part to make sure that I would be satisfied. She then reviewed my vehicle check in and had me sign paperwork. I spoke with a few very courteous employees and before I knew it my vehicle was washed and back to me in less than 45 minutes. I was then able to continue on with my workday without any hiccups. The process was flawless and I was very impressed with the service and staff.

Nick was great from beginning to end. He met me outside to do the initial inspection because I had a 2 year old and 3 week old baby in the car so going in with them would have been much harder. Nick did a great job explaining the process and my options. He is a good communicator and I felt like he was trying to make the whole process easy. He also followed up consistently and my repair was ready ahead of schedule! I’d come back to Abra anytime and would recommend Nick to family and friends!
