Very long wait time, which was reasonable because parts are hard to find for this discontinued car. However, after 3 weeks in the shop I get it back and there are things they had forgot to replace. They told me they were waiting on one more part to come in but I could go ahead and take the car and they would call when it came in. They never called. While I was waiting for a Call I noticed they had failed to put the pin strip down the car, also did not put on one of the clips that hold the weather striping on the door, the manufacture plates on the inside of the door were not replaced, and there was overspray in several spots. Finally after two weeks of waiting for a call, I called them and told them what all was wrong. They said once again I'll give you a call this afternoon or tomorrow and let you know that all the parts are ordered. It's been a week and a half and have not heard anything again.

ridiculous wait time for minor damage to my bumper. 10+ business days and still waiting. Not being treated like a priority is extremely frustrating. I would leave 0 stars if possible
