Where do I start? You guys are incredible. From Taylor at the front desk who always greets you with a smile, to Ralina who is always accessible and answers all our questions, to Peter who was super helpful through the beginning of the process by giving us the information we needed and showing us and explaining to us what was happening with our vehicle and of course I can’t forget to mention Tom, the Man, who truly cares about his customers and knows what the definition is when it comes to customer service and finally Jan who at the end kind of carried us through and closed things out for us with all the details as to what happened with our vehicle. It’s an interesting conundrum to have a body shop that you actually look forward to having to deal with because typically that means your vehicle was badly damaged and now you have to go through what is a very inconvenient process but your Team provides such great service that it becomes a very positive experience. My wife and I cannot thank you and your whole team enough because you brought our vehicle not only back to what it was but even better because it looks absolutely amazing. First of all I would like to commend TAYLOR she is very kind and great on the phone. Our whole experience at platinum collision Center has been amazing! Everything that Jan the manager said he was going to do and complete was done! I was updated The whole time via text of what was going on with my car. I am very happy with the repair of my car it looks great and everything that was done to it looks awesome. Everyone in the office was very kind, and I would highly recommend platinum collision center to anyone that might need your service.
