Everyone was so polite and helpful, from Logan at the front desk to Jesse calling me and giving me updates on my car on a daily basis. When I picked up my car it was extremely clean on the inside and out. It looked like the carpets had been shampooed and vacuumed! I would definitely recommend Herb’s to friends and will be going back there in the future for any of my car needs! Thank you for a great experience. I am highly satisfied!

I took my car to herbs in Plano and I am not happy With the strip that is crooked on the bumper and this is special edition and it goes to a lot of car shows. Was also told that the Lower part of the bumper would be replaced that has some damage that is still on the vehicle. I am not happy with that and want it fixed properly.

When I was rear-ended, I commented that my trunk lock was not the same as before. It still functioned but was not the "free release" it had been prior to the event. When the car was returned to me, it appeared that nothing had been done despite my communication. I now intend to have it addressed at my next scheduled maintenance at my Honda dealership. Other than that, my experience with the bumper replacement/painting was excellent!
