I need to bring my car back because theee are loose fender panels and the paint has a lot of orange peel in it. It looks like pick up truck bed liner not car paint.

I did need to return my vehicle due to 3 missing bolts that hold on the finder flare. The finder was Loose without the bolts. They promptly installed the bolts. This is what I could see and feel. I wouldn't know where else to look or inspect.
