Overall I'm satisfied. I ended up needing my car for an extra day or 2 longer than expected which required me to pay a few more days of insurance for the rental vehicle. Also the desert rubber sticker that was applied to the vehicle has air bubbles in the sticker that I am unable to smooth out we a credit card. Over all experience with the gentleman who assessed the vehicle was great and he was very professional. Great guy.

My experience @ the Frisco Tx location was outstanding, from the receptionist to the manager. Jeremy was very professional but yet personable, he was easy to talked to and made me feel welcome and made sure I understood the process. I’m please with the end result of my car. Thanks Herb’s
