First class repairs/updates by Herb's Paint & Body which were completed in a very timely manner. Jeremey your CSR was excellent to work with. Alexi at the front desk was awesome. Gadi at your Enterprise car rental desk went above and beyond to get our requested rental vehicle. This was an overall pleasant repair experience. Jeremy was very helpful and explained things well. He made me feel like my car was important. Lincoln has a backordered window part. He was able to put a temporary one in so I did t need to wait forever for my car back. He will follow up and replace that window when it eventually comes in. Very pleased with the service.

There is a spot on the front of my car with chipped paint that was not there. Also, 3 stickers were left on my windshield & trash was left in my trunk.
