Mom's car was taken there by preference of the insurance... horrible idea. They quoted a week. Wasn't even dropped off until parts were supposed to be in. After 2 weeks she had to have it so they gave it back unfinished. The next week she was told she could bring it by to finish it would take about an hour. Got there all the parts werent even in yet.one hour quote went to A day and a half to finish. I took off work to have someone help me help her 3 different times. Would call to check on it and was told they would call back but they never did. Had to keep calling while they seemed frustrated but it was way past due. several other little things went wrong. Chuck was nice, but seemed overwhelmed with much going on. Overall the car did get finished and turned out fine. Just a long hassled process. 3 other quotes were either the same or less and the time was quoted at less than half.
