Was informed at the beginning plus it states on paperwork that I would be updated as my car was being fixed. Ran into multiple complications and the updates stopped. If I did not call to check up on my vehicle, i wouldn’t receive anything. The paperwork stated 5 days estimated to fix, it ended up being 21. Didn’t receive any compensation, no discounts, and nobody seemed to care much.

My cars repair took 8 days longer than estimated. My car was towed to another location because that shop was supposed to be empty and it took 5 days to know my car was there and then longer to hear about the repairs. I’m confused the point of scheduling a drop off at a location if they wouldn’t even look at the car for a week.
The repairs themselves look great but the rest of the process was extremely frustrating and upsetting.

I picked up my car with the following issues / problems:
****. Completely dead battery. I had it tested and confirmed there are dead cells now, meaning it has to be replaced since it won't even recharge. The battery is not that old and was perfectly fine when I dropped the car off, so someone must have left a light on or done something to kill it.
2. The rear seat was not put back in properly; it's completely loose.
3. The rear left door trim is damaged at the window seal; this was fine when I dropped off the car.
4. The left rocker panel at the driver’s door has damage to the trim seal; this was also fine when I dropped off the car.
5. The fog lights do not turn on; these of course worked fine when I dropped off the car (maybe they weren't reconnected when the bumper was reinstalled).
6. There is a scratch on the rear left exterior door handle; this was already there, however it was supposed to be fixed along with the other repairs.
7. There was a socket left under the hood on the plastic cover around the windshield wipers; I only discovered this after hearing it rolling around while cornering.
8. I'd like to know why more than 75 miles were put on my car during the repair process; this seems excessive.
9. The interior was not very clean; there's window sealant residue on some of the interior trim panels and quite a bit of shop dust.
