Truck is extremely dirty inside and outside I also did notice tiny imperfections in the body work which is not the biggest deal ever it is a used truck but still also the window driver side where the door was hit window makes noise when going up and going down

Because I have been insured by USAA for almost 50 years, I am fully aware of the requirements to be a certified repair facility. Based on the quality of the work that you performed and your pricing, I would my vehicle back to you if there was a future need .

I picked-up my car today and it looks amazing, very happy with the service and outcome of my car. Elaine was fantastic! Elaine’s knowledge, attention to detail and helpfulness was wonderful, especially during a bit of a stressful situation with my car. She made sure I was all taken care of. My car was also completed in such a fast time. Thank you again to Elaine and to everyone in your office!!

I will be taking my vehicle back today (if the shop can accommodate) my door is now rubbing against the fender and making a rubbing noise! It never did that before!!!!Really disappointed as this should have been checked and I am contacting my insurance company today so they don't close out my claim. I will contact my advisor Hugo, who was helpful, but this wasn't the only issue I faced - so a I am unhappy and concerned that the workmanship isn't as promised.

The repair took 5+ days longer than expected, and now I have to bring the car back because the power window does not operate properly. After 10 days in the shop I received at text that said 95% completed, but it took another week! Not satisfied!
