Quality of repair was very good. Communication with regards to the status was frequent and concise. There was a delay with the initial expected due date, but the blocking issues were communicated to us immediately. Overall, good job.

I'm not satisfied because they gave me the car it does not work The right light of my car toyota scion 2007 and around those same lights did not paint well and rear hatch handle panel It's broken because someone opened I also did not like the attitude of the lady service Elaine Bendicio because she had to check that everything was fine and she didn't ....

I was very satisfied once the repair itself started. The problem was that there was a six week period after I first brought my car in where I thought Service King was waiting for a part from Tesla, and only later found out that the location (Oxnard St in Van Nuys) was waiting all that time to be certified by Tesla as a repair shop. That six week delay was, in my opinion, inexcusable. Once the shop waa certified, the repair itself was quick and the communication was excellent

I’ve been coming here for a number of years when shop was Valley Motor Center and always had great results with workmanship and customer service.
