Dear VMC The bumper repair looks very nice, however I was disappointed that no one noticed that the rear spoiler really also needs a paint job and that it REALLY stands out looking shabby in comparison to the fresh bumper paint job. Sort of like a half a face lift. Granted that the spoiler wasn't part of the vehicle damage, my suspicion is that it could have been taped off easily and repainted freshening it up and since we have been loyal customers for decades that would have been very nice. At the very least it would have been nice to be asked if we might like having that done and what the repair charge would be. When I dropped my car off a couple of weeks ago, there was no one available to go over it with me. I would have pointed that out, but was in a hurry. So, in answer to your question, no, not a 10 this time. Philip R

My only concern is, I brought my car on Sept.1st, They called me to let me know how much the damage was after 2 days (they said within 24 hours) and get done on the 6th. I think 6 days of repair is too long. That's all.
