I never had to go trough this and this is my first time. they fist tell me that my car will be done by Tuesday witch I had no problem I took the car on a Saturday morning then Tuesday comes up and they call saying that the car is going to be done till Wednesday then they get call on Wednesday again and is going to be definitely done on Thursday the only thing that needed to be fix is a side mirror I call my insurance and they also agree that was the worst delay and then they tell me am cover for a rental car I get a rental call then I find out that it came out of my pocket and driving for 2 more days that it didn't suppose to happen since they guaranteed to be fix in that they of Tuesday. the guy even look at it and said is a easy fix and to top it all my car came back empty gas I had to go refill it. I do remember having enough gas in my car it doesn't make sense me dropping my car with no gas and the a/c was turn on in full blast what's that about.

First of the staff at Valley motor center were very friendly and very helpful.I brought my car in at 8:30 the morning and was able to drive out in a rented car by 9. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call the same day informing me that the car will be fixed in just 3 days! The job on on my car was done so clean like it had never had any damage. Really nice job on a paint and replaced parts! I was very happy and satisfied with their service!
