Autonation Collision Center - Fort.worth

The worst experience I've ever had. Hail storm March 17th. Had my vehicle for a month and when I went to pick it up there was dirty handprints all over my headliner, my cargo area on the INSIDE was damaged, needing both side covers replaced, damage to my dashboard, needing repairs and my door handle sensors no longer worked. The door handles had to be completly replaced by the regular service department because they couldn't do it. My car was two different colors. Those repairs took several different drops to get completed. Then my windshield leaked TWICE- and since they did not clean it up when I brought my car immediately back in, the carpet smelled. They damaged the nape of the carpet when they cleaned it- which was never taken care of. I will NEVER use them again and unless you enjoy being ignored, being treated like you are not smart enough to see clearly, and just don't care about quality, you won't either. If there was a negative star, I would quadruple it.
