Dishonest pricing! I was a customer for years and was seeking an out of pocket estimate. The ding was minor and they charged over $****,000.00. Three other body shops I went to gave me an estimate $400.00 cheaper than what Ford gave me. I got the work done at another body shop at almost half the price with the same work quality. Also, they said I needed a seal replaced in my trunk for $110.00. All three of the other body shops told me I did not need to replace it and it was just a decorative piece. No customer loyalty, dishonest pricing, and they lie to customers to make extra money. Don't take your car here.

Took my beloved F150 to Sawgrass after an accident. Every step of the process, from the greeting, to the estimate process to the completion of the repairs in the exact amount of time stated, I have never had a better experience receiving service from a dealership. The finished product was perfect with not even a hint that the truck was ever damaged. I can not be more pleased and happy with the entire experience.
