Autonation Collision Center - Arlington

My wife's Infinity needed very slight body work to the rear lower quarter panel and bumper. She was backed into in a parking lot. After receiving the car back from AutoNation in Arlington, the repair didn't match the opposite side of the vehicle. In addition, when we put the car in reverse, the sensors would alarm with nothing behind the vehicle. I took the vehicle back to show the poor body work and to let them know about the reverse sensors. I spoke to Cesar Chapa and he agreed the body was done incorrectly and they would redo the repair. As far as the reverse sensors now not working, I was told after they did their diagnostics that the issue wasn't from their work on the rear bumper (where all the sensors are located). I would need to take it to an Infinity dealer because the issue is in a module located under the front dash of the vehicle. What are the odds? Our reverse sensors work perfectly fine (even after the accident), but right after I have work done on the rear bumper by AutoNation the reverse sensors are malfunctioning and it's nothing they did.
