Great customer service

Two words, awesome and impressive

Such professionalism but also friendly and personable staff. I was kept steadily informed of my vehicle progress and work completed ahead of schedule.

There's a rubber piece on the vehicle at the running board that I asked to be replaced and it was not done. My repair took about a week and a half so if i send it back in now, it will be very inconvemient to leave the car and I won't get a rental because this would be out of picket and not through insurance. This is actually the second time I've takem the car in for two different reasons and was surprised bith times that this was not a part of the fix. First when the repair was in that area and second when I specifically asked for that to be taken care of.

I love the service the text updates, my car was ready when I promesed. Everyone in the office and shop very Profesional and frendly. And the most important thing the work was exelent.

I was very disappointed when I walk in to mainline this time and found out that my very reliable service man was no longer going to be in front but in fact was going to be moving to the back that same day. I felt pretty lost and anxious about Greg not being able to over see my repairs. Greg had become "mainline" to me and I was always relived to hand over my worries to Greg with a certainty that everything would be handled perfectly. As Greg and I sat at his desk one last time he assured me that I would be in excellent hands with the other service agents. As always I trusted his word because he proved to me over the years that his word was solid. So in came Shauna and he was right she was very nice and helpful. To make me feel better she requested that Greg handle the repairs on my vehicle. Well that was awesome. I am taken back at the quality of my repair job. The work is phenomenal. Greg did an awesome job. He needs to be commended on his talents of not only Customer service but also his craftsmanship as an Autobody technician. This is probably the longest comment mainline has ever received back but it is worth my time and also it is hard to limited the words to express my sentiment about such a fine employee. I hope Mainline is appreciative to have a person like Greg to represent their company. Greg is Mainline, and Mainline is superior.

They did a great job. They also vacuumed the inside of my car. We had just come back from a vacation where my car was hit and we dropped it off very messy inside. Picked up my car once it was completed fully vacuumed. That was very nice!! They also updated me everyone something new came up and when they had to extend the date of comepletion. I'm very busy so the text were great. Awesome people there!!
