I personally pointed out the scratch on my truck. Started from the edge of the bed of truck all the way through the 2 passenger doors. My truck was vandalized. The scratch on the bed was not fixed. Have to go back and get it fixed. Very inconvenient Considering I already picked up truck.

From the moment my car rolled onto Mainline Autobody's shop, it was inspected like a bug under a microscope. The team welcomed me and were comforting, supportive and informative in their fields of expertise. The estimated date of completion was not even close to the early date I received my car. The final product, my repaired car, looked exactly like the day I drove it off the showroom floor with only 11 miles on it. There are more than 11 miles on it now, but you couldn't tell there were repairs made...it looks beautiful! Thank you Mainline Autobody for taking the time to provide expert repairs, explain and answer every question or concern, use quality products and make the repairs with top of the line equipment and mechanics. You guys are the BEST!

Thank you for making a bad situation almost enjoyable! Everyone was so pleasant & informative, that the stress factor was minimal. You also handled all the paperwork & communications between the insurance companies & car rental agency, so I didn't have to! A great relief for me!! Thank you all!
