I've traveled all over the world, this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The repair team kept me up to date at each stage of the process. I had requested that Tony (the person handling my repairs) see if he could get me in for my 35,000 service while it was there. He did exactly that, and when I picked my Tundra up they had vacuumed my carpets and cleaned my floor mats. The service department also called and emailed me keeping me up to date with the service and making recommendations. It was seamless and worry free, plus the repair work was out of this world. Toyota of Tampa Bay went above and beyond providing me with great service. I will continue to return my vehicle here and purchase from here when its time for my next toyota. Thanks Tony and everyone involved. ****

The collision consultant explained the estimate in detail, kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. The paint job was perfect and I appreciated the lifetime guarantee on it. The other repair was as promised. My looked like and ran like the day I bought it.

After taking the car home we realized last night (1st night) that the left rear taillight was not working on the car. My husband took the car this morning to your service department and had it corrected. This should have been checked since the car had been rear ended. Everything else was fine.
