They did a wonderful job. Seemed very knowledgeable friendly and service oriented. Seemed more down to earth and made the cuatomer feel comfortable. Since I haf really never heard of Service King before I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. I was nicely surprised by their service. Like I said no offense that I hope to not habe to use the services again but I would if needed. Also I would recommend the Lakeway location to others.

Nobody wants to be involved in an accident, but if you're, this is the place you should bring your car to get fixed. Dee and Heather are fantastic and they truly helped me to go through the process with ease. They constantly update me with the status. I am completely happy with the service and the work that they did on my car! Very wonderful team. From a very satisfied customer!

Took longer than expected for the amount of work that was done. No photo of what it looks like after the bumper was removed (said it cannot be repaired, has to be replaced)- appreciate before photos to see the amount of damage. System keeps texting me even though I send STOP 3 different times to STOP the text message - very very annoying !!! System texted me to acknowledge that I have requested to STOP text messaging and the next thing you know, system sends me another text message.

This should answer you questions. Service King in Lakeway. We left our Tahoe at Service King in Lakeway to have the bumper replaced which we were told would take 2 days. Our appointment was for Tuesday at 8am we dropped it off on Monday pm. On Wednesday afternoon I called to see how it was progressing, I was told they pulled it in and would be ordering parts. On Thursday we were told it would be ready Friday am. I called mid morning on Friday and was told they tried to repair the bumper and couldnt. I reminded them that the estimate was to replace the bumper. They said they would order a bumper, and it wold be ready Friday afternoon. The 2 day quote has turned into 5 and we still have no idea when we will be getting our truck back. Terrible Service!!! Every time I spoke with them I was told another excuse (lie).
