The reason I was able to bring car in quickly was due to a taillight that was out on damaged side. After repairing damage, taillight is still not working.

poor communication of when the repair was complete. I notified the shope and showed up a day after the car was ready-i was told that i came in early because they did not send me an text to tell me it was complete. I told John that all communication (email) said my car was done on the 8th-and its now late afternoon the 9th. Yes, he blemaed me for coming without a text-of course, I was never informed to only come by when i received the text. Also, when the car drove up to the waiting area, the parts of bottom felt was dragging almost to the ground and obviously not repaired. if i did not notice this-- you would of just let it go. I asked John if this was acceptable-he said no. I asked then why didn't you take care of this. He used the excuse of when we looked at the initial damage, we then make our assessment. The felt was not caught. Are you serious--come on! I was given some BS. Just admit you tried to get away with poor quality. I will submit this feedback to Wheels when receive their evaluation of this service. Other wise--you guys did a good job--but don't BS the customer-- Steve T
