My service advisor was great! He kept me informed and was very professional and courteous. The lady in reception however did upset me when I dropped off my truck on Monday morning. I have a souvenir keychain from Durango Mexico with a small dead scorpion inside an enclosed plastic cover. The scorpion is the size of a fingernail. When I gave the lady my truck keys, she exclaimed, "This is disgusting! Is it alive?" I was livid at her disrespect of my culture! I acknowledge maybe it was new to her but to just Have an outburst like that? She could have waited until I left the lobby.

Gavin at the Service King on Midway in Carrollton/Addison is an overachiever. He went above and beyond to help me with all the issues I had with my insurance company. He was prompt to call me back me back when I called, and never hesitated to offer advice. He stayed late on 11/6/15 to get my truck not many people would do that.

It was great that the time was taken to get the repair right, in spite of the fact the part was coming in scratched. Multiples were received I was kept informed about was happening and why there was delay. The delay was fine with us, we just wanted the car fixed completely with no issues and that is the service we received.

Everything went well, and Logan was super great and helpful. The only thing, is that the inside of my car smells like paint and there is paint residue like dust on the inside. Other than that, keep doing what you are doing!

The only thing I would have changed was to be warned that the car smelled of paint very bad so me and my new baby had to drive home like that I would have waited to get the car the next day if I knew. Other then that all was great
