VERY impressed with my service manager Logan. He went out of his way and above any expectation to ensure that I was informed and updated on the progress of my repair. My car looks awesome! Great job. If I ever need assistance again I will definitely use SK at this location and ask specifically for Logan. Team did a great job.

Everything was great and always kept me updated. I ended up switching shops because the one before didn't handle my car right. Taking it to service King was the best decision. Zachary took my car he was with state farm and worked at service King in Addison, Texas. He did an amazing job! Best service I have gotten. Would like to send my thanks to him.

Service King is wonderful. Zachary gave me an estimate and worked with DART re the difference with their estimate. He texted me with updates on my car each day. When I went to pick up my car today it was gorgeous!! The work that was done was great & they had washed & vacuumed my car. Zachary was so nice. I will recommend Service King to my friends & family. I liked being able to rent a car from Enterprise in the same building with Service King.

My wife's car had over spray from the paint body shop,all over the car including the convertible top!!! Service King told us they needed an extra day to wash her car and make certain the car was to their standards before we could pick the car up??? This evedently was not the case??? Now I have to spend my only day off due to my very busy schedule removing the expensive over spray or taking it a detail shop??

Receptionist is very sweet, friendly and helpful. Blake did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. He deserves credit for expediting the process with the horrible insurance company I had to deal with during this process ( luckily it was not mine). Happy to have my car back and looking like it should.
