My experience with Service King was top notch from the initial time I walked in to the last time I came to pick up my repaired vehicle. Front desk personnel was super friendly and attentive. My service rep informed me completely with what they were doing with my vehicle. He then kept me updated every couple of days by calling me personally to keep me in the loop of the progress they were making. Not only was my vehicle completed a few days early, it looked awesome! I will definitely recommend Service King to anyone!

An estimated 6 day repair took 19 days and the first 29 days there was no communication. The repair work was very satisfactory once it was completed

Not satisfied. I will admit I did not examine my car thoroughly when I initially pick up my car Fri 10/9. At first sight it the car looked as if it was finished. However the next morning my boyfriend pointed out several issues with the repairs. ****) paint job was not good can see lots of bubbles & paint drops, 2) can still see some of the circular scratch on front passenger doo. 3) they had my car for a whole 7 days but the work looked like a rushed job. No satisfied what so ever.

When I was first told that my Jetta was repaired and I showed up to pick it up, I was very disappointed with the finish. The margins were all over, there was overspray, there was masking tape residue. I was really taken aback that any technician would allow the vehicle to leave the shop in THAT condition. The service advisor tried to tell me that well, the color was matched and the panels were no longer crumbled. Basically that he doesn't see anything wrong with the finish. Then he did apologize saying that he would not have called me to pick up the vehicle had he known that I was so particular to have the vehicle repaired right. That was 9-30-15. On 10-8-15 I got another call from Service King that the Jetta is ready. When I attempted to pick the vehicle up, I noticed that the margins were fixed pretty good, the tape residue was gone but there was new overspray and in one of the margins there were pits (almost looked like paint droplets). Once again the advisor tried to explain that not even new cars are perfect. So the car stayed with Service King once again. Today 10-8-15 I finally was able to accept the repairs. The pits were gone and the overspray in the door jamb had been removed. I was satisfied with the repairs. However, when I was ready to leave, I noticed what looked like a blotch of clear coat on the rear left door. So I had to look for the advisor again who took the car into the shop and returned it back to me in about 7 or 8 minutes. I am absolutely amazed that your company had tried to slip me shoddy workmanship and I have to wonder how many of your customers accept it because they are tired of complaining to the service advisor or have to pay for their own rent cars or just need to have their cars back. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to experience your service. Please rest assured that I will share my experience with friends and family and anybody else that asks about my experience. I were very pleased with the customer service of Billy Swanon he and the service guys kelp us updated on the. progress of our car from start to finish we were so thankful. Also Tinisha at enterprise were wonderful in her service as well . Thanks service king .

Billy Swanson was my rep and he exceeded my every expectation. Not only did he do exactly everything he said he would, he went over and beyond. He constantly kept me updated with the status of my repairs. I use my truck to tailgate for every home Cowboys game. I told him I was worried about having it back in time for the next game. He let me know it would be ready a few days before the next game (October 11th). You can imagine how excited I was when he called me today to let me know it was ready. It looks like a brand new truck. I will definitely refer Service King to my friends, family, and clients.
