A very pleasant, stress free experience. Nathan was very on top of keeping me informed of progress with my car. I never had to call,not once, to ask about the progress. A totally a-plus experience. I have not one complaint. I have never had such a stress free car experience. Truly A-Plus service all around. My car is perfect. All repairs were completed on time or even a day early.

Billy always returned my texts. I work all day and talking on the phone is very difficult. This texting option was great. They also had the car earlier than projected and had the car out front and ready to go when I picked it up.

Where do I start, first time I went to pick up my car, they brought it to me dirty. It still had a green mark on the front bumper, and it had overspray residue on the car. Second time I went to pick up my car, it was still dirty, only thing they did to it was, they took off the green mark on the bumper. By the third time I went back, they clean the car and they told me that they would discount 50, but just to make sure I give them a hundred on the survey. I took my car home Dover for a day and noticed that it was not driving normal. I looked over the car and noticed that the back wheel was bent inward. So now for the 4th time I have to take my car back up there.

Part of the damage that I advised my service advisor of at drop was not repaired. And now I have to prolong having to go back and forth to the shop to try to get it repaired. My car was at the shop for 10 days and I only received one update call and that is only because I called in my self to request an update. My service advisor never attempted to contact me or update on the process. This is the second time I have had service king repair my car. The first time it was a Grand Prairie location and the service was excellent. I would think the service would be the same at all the locations but unfortunately that is not the case... I am highly disappointed with the service I received.
