When I initially called Sandy told me I was not on the schedule for the same day I had scheduled appt. then she connected me to a call center when I thought I was holding for Daniel. This incident occurred twice n she was extremely rude n short unprofessional cuz I eventually spoke with Daniel who did confirm my appointment for later that day at 2pm. She has no buisness on phone if she can't maintain her composure in situations like mine!! Daniel was the BEST!! Thank you Service King for your txing info's n follow ups. 1st I've ever experienced!
