The car was supposed to be completed on ****/5 and was delayed until ****/12. I had to call to get this information on ****/4. I was calling to get a pick up time... And was told that essentially they were still waiting for parts. Typical collision situation... But unacceptable. Also the sub woofers were disconnected during the work- now we will have to return to get them reconnected on another day.

The car was not tested, when make ready. I would think that the tech would have check over the work done. In this case it was not. So now I have to make time to take the car to be looked at one more time.. I am not pleased with not being able to speak to someone, about this Work. I do understand that it is Christmas Eve. So I will wait until Wednesday of next week..
