Repair took twice as long as insurance company estimated and they are trying to charge me for extra rental car days. Service King lost the key to our car, now I have to wait for a new key and spend another day from work waiting to get it programmed.

I went to Service King thinking that the next few weeks would be an ongoing battle between myself, my insurance, and Service King. I could not have been more wrong. My adjuster, Clayton, handled my difficult insurance company and made the entire experience stress free on my end. Excellent customer service will make Service King my go-to collision center of choice.
