From drop off to pick up the experience was great. Constant communication with daily updates and information. When additional damage was found it was handled with the insurance company without me having to get involved. Best experience I’ve had getting a car repaired!

Have picked up my car twice and work both times was sloppy. Need my car, and will have to be inconvenienced and return for a more satisfactory repair. Employees at this Pantego store are strange: Never rude but certainly not what I would expect in customer service. When I pointed at the dent that was not repaired they just stared at me. I said, "Do you see this?" (pointing to the dent) Nothing. Just silence. "Right here. This dent?" Silence. "Well, I need it repaired." Silence, then, "Your car will be ready tomorrow." It's quite obvious the employees are coached to say nothing, admit nothing, acknowledge nothing. This happened twice on the same repair. So. Very. Odd. Will have my car repaired properly and then spread the word---No Pantego Service King!
