They brought car out filthy when I went to go get car. It was nice of them to try expidte me except I could have waited to avoid what happened.Floor mats where covered in dirt. I never use car floors mats in back & they’ve never been stepped on, now I can not recognize the mats like they where stolen & replaced with old mats. When I get back to town I will have to steam clean floor mats seats & wipe down dust from all over the inside of car. My car smelled bad when I got it smell got less after a while. My 2015 Ford Escape only has 5750 miles & was like new on the inside now I have all problems listed. Last time u repaired hail damage the car came out perfect I was impressed. Tough luck this time. I am glad the assistant manager said sorry & offered me a free rental when I get the last stage of the repairs done. The PDR Team should not stand in the cars for repair & leave doors open unless absolutely necessary & then they should take gr8 care so the customers do not have a bad experience. Could go on & on except will say basically this is what happened.
